Eligibility for Returns
1. **Condition:** Items must be in their original condition, unused, and uninstalled, with all original packaging and tags attached.
2. **Timeframe:** Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
3. **Proof of Purchase:** A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Special order items
- Electrical components
- Clearance items
- Gift cards

Return Process

1. **Initiate a Return:** To start a return, contact our customer service team at Vinnie@VinnieBuilt.net. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
2. **Approval:** Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on where to send your item.
3. **Shipping:** You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Exchanges
